- Analyze developer term sheet, concept plan, and prepare council ready summaries, conclusions and recommendations to the City.

Strategic Partnership with P3Works
History
- P3Works was founded in 2017 by Trent and Mary Petty and Jon Snyder for the purpose of developing Public Improvement Districts that benefitted cities and counties.
- P3Works and P&A often partner to provide economic incentives overlaid with Public Improvement Districts. P3Works and P&A work only for tax exempt entities and do not work for developers.
Nature
- Clients often choose to have P&A help during the creation phase of development, and once the project has been negotiated and created, P3Works will administer the PID.
